Excellent service from this store which I found by accident searching the web looking for a certain item. Bought beautiful bag brand new at very reasonable price. Packaged extremely well, and excellent tracked Royal Mail service. I recommend this store, found it honest and reliable, great communication from the owner as well.

We had such an amazing experience finding my daughter’s prom dress here. Helen was incredibly patient, friendly, and made her feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.

She happily let her try on lots of different dresses and styles without ever making us feel rushed or pressured, which really helped her find what suited her best.

What stood out most was how understanding they were when she became a little overstimulated. They were so kind about us taking a break and then welcomed us back to continue the appointment when she was ready. That level of compassion and patience meant so much to us.

Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so special and supportive. We truly couldn’t have asked for better service.

Amazing little shop. The owner and her staff were so friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of gorgeous prom dresses. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they gave an honest opinion. I couldn’t rate them enough - I love this shop.
